Lexsuco 2010 Corporation, A Canadian ‘total’ building envelope manufacturing and distribution company, stands behind the products we distribute and respects the applicable warranty of its products.
Return of goods policy (RM) described below must be respected in all circumstances.
ALL RETURNS must be authorized by Lexsuco Customer Service and are subject to restocking fees of 20%. Request for returns must be made within 10 working days of the date of delivery. Beyond this period, Lexsuco 2010 Corporation will not accept any responsibility.
1- REQUEST OF RETURN:
The customer must contact Customer Service for an RM number ([email protected]).
The return request must be addressed immediately and exclusively to Customer Service.
The Customer Service department must authorize merchandise returns.
To ensure you receive your credit, each return must include:
- Account/Customer number
- Customer address
- Original Order number/Invoice number
- Description of material with quantity
- Reason of return
2- No merchandise returns will be accepted without having received prior return authorization.
Lexsuco 2010 Corporation reserves the right to refuse goods returned without prior written permission on its behalf. The return will also be refused if the goods are damaged or not in their original packaging. This will be confirmed on receipt of goods to our warehouse. Any products that could be damaged by exposure to the elements (heat/cold/wet) weather will be subject to further scrutiny and may be refused.
3- UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
ALL orders of custom manufactured materials can not be returned in any way.
ALL special orders (including non-stock items) can not be returned in any way.
4- FREIGHT CHARGES:
In the event of receipt of defective non-conforming or damaged product there will be no restocking fee or return freight fee (if applicable). The customer must contact Lexsuco Customer Service immediately.
IMPORTANT: In any other case, the customer must cover the costs of transportation as well as the restocking fees.
5- ERROR OF DELIVERY:
Any incorrectly delivered material from Lexsuco must be communicated to Customer Service. The customer will receive an RM number. If the fault lies with Lexsuco, transportation and freight fees will be covered by Lexsuco and arranged as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of authorized goods, Lexsuco will officially process the return and a credit will be issued by the accounting department.
